Shipping Information
We ship throughout Asia from our stocked Singapore Warehouse in discrete, strong boxes via the Postal Service and UPS International Air Service. UPS, the largest non-government package service company in the world, will ensure that your package will be tracked, processed through customs, and arrive at your door step securely.
Poker Chips are quite heavy: about 10-13 grams per chip. A typical set of 750-1,000 poker chips weighs about 10kg (22lbs). Once you add a Chip Case, Playing Cards, and a few Accessories, the whole package weighs close to 15-20kg. We don't make any money on shipping, but it is expensive.
Shipping rate algorithms are bit complicated but the charts below will give you an idea of the shipping costs. We will double check the rate before processing your order. If you order is very heavy or exceeds the chart, please Email Us for an exact rate. You will need to pay custom duties separately, if any, when your package arrives.
For local delivery in Singapore we use Singpost or our own courier service. If you are traveling through Singapore, we would be happy to drop off your order at your hotel or office at the local delivery rates. Please include the hotel or office address in the "shipping address" section during checkout and Email Us your particulars (mobile phone number, delivery date). In Singapore, you can also pay cash in Singapore Dollars at delivery or at the Warehouse. In such a case, email us your order, rather than running it through the website (which requires a credit card for payment).
For delivery across Asia and other parts of the world, we use the Singapore Postal Service and UPS. Surface Post (aka slow boat) and Air Parcel from the Postal Service is less expensive than UPS and most packages can still be tracked, but UPS is probably more secure. You should know best if the Postal Service is reliable in your country. We can only deliver Poker Tables to Singapore and Peninsular Malaysia.
The charts below list the shipping rates at various weights for each country. You can also check out the Singpost Rate Calculator for other countries.
Your shopping cart should calculate the shipping charges correctly or if there are complications, we will notify you. We just didn't want you to have any surprises.

Note: Weekday Singapore delivery is now only US$10.00 flat rate for most all orders (US$88 minimum order; otherwise US$15.00; disregard weight table below).
