These KEM playing cards come in a set of 2 decks (red and blue) in a hard plastic case. They are the wide "poker size" cards, which is somewhat of a misnomer since most poker rooms actually use the narrow "bridge size" cards. It is a matter of personal preference. The index size is "jumbo" (larger size pips and numbers) and the back design is called the "double arrow."
Please note the KEM cards do not hold up very well in hot humid climates. Use Copag's instead. We are selling out our entire KEM supply at a discount.
About KEM Playing Cards. KEM playing cards (KEM Narrow, KEM Wide) are made in the USA and are largely considered the best playing cards in the world. All other cards try to measure up to KEMs. They are made from 100% cellulose acetate and are scuff resistant and completely washable. They do not mark easily and are very secure. The company is now owned by The United States Playing Card Company, the largest casino-card supplier in the world. The USPC also makes Bicycle and Bee branded cards. They now have the contract with the World Series of Poker. KEM cards are slightly heavier and stiffer than Copag cards (Copag Narrow, Copag Wide). The dealer will feel this difference, although it is probably negligible to the players. KEM cards are my favorite, but I play frequently with Copag as well.
