    Chances are, you reached this page after being instructed by us because your shipping amount was not calculating correctly in your shopping cart.

    Here is the workaround:

    Use this "item" page to pay for shipping in US$1.00 increments. Enter the shipping amount in the quantity box above and add it to your cart. At checkout, use your regular shipping and billing address, but choose "Pickup at Warehouse" as the shipping option. This will avoid the automatic shipping calculation and use the above charge instead.

    Although the shopping cart and credit card authorization are all automatic, your credit card is not actually charged until we submit the final amount manually at the end of the day. We will double check everything to make sure it is correct before your card is charged.
